Bars should be:

Light of Deliverance
Dwayna's Kiss
Dismiss Condition
Cure Hex
Protective Spirit or Spirit Bond (always at least one Prot Spirit)
Aegis / Shield of Absorption / Signet of Rejuvenation / Guardian (pick two)
Glyph of Lesser Energy (or a res if you really need one here)

12+1+1 Healing Prayers
9+1 Protection
9+1 Divine Favor

(can swap the attribues to 8+1/10+1 if you don't need the breakpoint)
Heroes seem to use RoF decently. Any reason why that didn't make your hero bar? I prefer it to Cure Hex since the hex that's removed is often benign.

As only 7 skill where listed i'd guess its because of a typing error

I am using N/Rts for some reason now vs hero monks, they do not improperly spam there skills it seems plus Soul Reaping fuels to no end (even with one SF hero). I somewhat use the sway builds but put in SLW vs OoA I also only have Life and Recovery for spirits vs having recup in there.

These two (Olias and Livia) basically train the place so far. All I used em for last night to test was getting Ursan Tank but I did arggo everything getting there (went from Olafstead), they had full energy the whole time casted spells properly and kited when needed. I am gonna take em to Cold As Ice tonight to see how they really do. Main downfall is no hex removal, but I may just take someone with Expel Hexes.

SoA is awesome on monk heroes, I'd take it over prot spirit everyday and add some passive defense for hard areas such as 'stand your ground' or 'watch yourself'.

That's my PvE bar of choice. I don't see any reason a hero couldn't make decent use of that either, short of bad timing with divine spirit. For the other healer, mhenlo is just fine in gwen. If you insist on running dual hero monks, I'd still take LoD on the second. Is there any reason not to? Other than Spellbreaker having a role in some full player groups, LoD is easily the best monk elite in PvE.

Because hexes are so readily reapplied in PvE, I tend to shy away from (hex removal in general), but particularly passive hex removals like veil, or remove hex. Basically you accomplish nothing except waste 5 energy for a DF heal. If you're going to pack hex removal, I'd recommend something which offers conditional benefits, such as cure hex, or something like shatter hex on an off-monk character.
